Khashayar Azimi, D.D.S.

As an experienced periodontist in Washington, D.C., Dr. Khashayar Azimi is devoted to educating his patients on proper oral hygiene methods and dental health conditions. He earned his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry where he also went on to complete the periodontics graduate program, obtaining a certificate in periodontics and a Master of Science. During this time, Dr. Azimi served on several mission trips, providing free dental care to people in Guatemala. After completing his education, he started serving as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Now, Dr. Azimi teaches Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. When he's not tending to his patients at Washington Elite Dentistry, he loves spending time with his wife, playing soccer, and traveling.
